DOT 320 mulfunction - help please!

First off all sorry for post in english but I speak but can't write in russian on my computer keyboard...

I have a problem with my DOT 320. I can't start unit!
When I connect the power supply and try to soft/hard reset
the indicator led is "dimmed" red.
When I try connect to PC bu USB cable Windows2000 says that USB device can't start and/or have mulfunction.
I can't even reflash the system because when I press ON button than SOFT RESET button then release ON, the led indicator on unit is first red then turns in "dimmed" red.

Could you tell me is any chance to start my DOT. How can I bring it to
live? I live in Poland. In my country I can't find any information
or service support. Help me, please!
