w2k blue screen with hotsync 4.0

W2k with SP2, partialy sp3 (special for IR).
when I try click on hotsync - setup - local
my thinkpad T21 reboot with blue screen, memory dump with
info about ircomm.sys addresses.

Result - I cannot sync with my IBM workpad c505

Any idea ?
