Yes, yes, майонеz! Официальный язык - русский. Если человек по русски читает, но писать не может - пусть пишет в транслите хотя бы из уважения. Я, например, хоть и знаю английский достаточно хорошо, не пишу на иностранных форумах по-русски, чтобы они тоже его подучили.
В сказки про иностранца не поверю - человек купил ПГПС для использования в Москве, а значит, хоте немного, но по нашему может.
