Problem with uploading image to Dot320

I cant upload image :/
When I push power-button and reset-button and wait more then 4seconds. Next release reset-button nothing happen :/ In manual how updating image to dot320 was wrotten that in screen shown DOT logo and RED-diode turns on. But on screen didnt show anything red-diode is off. When i push and release reset-button one more time on screen I see:

PASS1: 0000000000 BAD SECTORS
PASS2: SKIP
PASS3:

What Im doing wrong?

PS. Sorry, my english isnt good, but I think that you could understand me

1. press Power button (and hold it)
2. press Reset button (and hold it)
3. wait 5 seconds (screen should become dark)
4. release Reset button (Power button is still pressed)
5. click Reset button (LED should become red)
6. wait for a couple of seconds and see WinCE logo (don`t release Power button)
7. if no WinCE logo - repeat from p.5 until it appears
